We maintain ISO-certified quality management system for the design, development, and manufacture of our products by plastic molding and die casting process, we are also committed to push our prototype plant under ISO-certified quality management system too. We use various advanced checking equipment and procedures to inspect before and during manufacture, first article inspections are performed to verify part features prior to full production. Our quality team is empowering all of our workers to study and implement our quality system in order to ensure all of production process quality controlled.

 Design for Manufacturing (DFM) technical review for your projects.
 Contract and purchaser order review.
 Incoming raw materials inspection.
 Samples inspection and first article inspection report.
 Production in-process inspection.
 Comply with relative testing certifications according to customer’s requirement.
Final inspection and testing reports and certifications per customer specification.
Outgoing inspection for packing and shipping.
