CERTIFICATION MATTERS
In high volume production, a biggest fear of a customer is to have a manufacturer create their products by tens of thousands, and then a large-scale recall from a defect that could have been avoided, bringing huge damage and loss to customers unexpectedly. Our quality control procedures, from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing process, will meet or exceed the requirements of our customers. ​

Our plastic injection factory passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification, and the die casting factory passed the ISO 9001:2008 certification.            
Quality assurance simplifies the production process and helps to ensure that the final product meets the company's standards—it guarantees that the processes used to design, test, improve and produce products are done in the correct manner. Our ISO 9001 certification helps to manage and improve many of our processes, such as:   
Purchasing third-party components and sub-assemblies
Acquiring raw materials (resin, steel, etc.)

SELECTION OF RAW MATERIALS
Our many years of professional manufacturing experience enables us to have a good accumulation in the selection, purchase and use of raw materials. Depending on the final produced product and what type of production process is being used, each material has their own list of advantages and disadvantages and production characteristics. Our experts know which materials are best used in high volume production and which materials can only be used in small batches to speed up the process. We will consider their:

    Flexibility     
    Melting point     
    Impact resistance   
    Chemical resistance and other aspects.

WORK WITH PRECISION TOLERANCE
Tolerances are set to ensure the proper performance of your part,and balancing tolerance and cost can be a challenging process for us. The tighter the specified tolerances of a part, the more expensive that part will be to produce. Additionally, parts with tighter tolerances also leads to higher scrap rates, and more material consumption.
In high volume production, we will work with our customer to set the inspection standard, to concentrate on the tolerance control of key sizes, and allow some unnecessary tolerances to be relaxed to reduce costs, so as to ensure the stability and consistency of product sizes in each batch.

 
Our engineers will point out areas where thermal stress, shrinkage, warpage, etc. may occur in your design and work closely with you to optimize your manufacturing design. For more information on common defects and how to avoid them, see our design tips.            
All parts will expand and shrink under the influence of temperature and humidity changes. The impact of different parts will be very different, for die casting parts, ambient humidity has little effect on size, while for plastic parts of different materials, the effect of temperature and humidity is much greater. Therefore, in general, we comply with the tolerance standard of DIN16742 for plastic injection molding parts, and correspond to GTA13/5 under DIN1688 for our die casting parts.

RELIABLE ONSITE TOOLING AND REPAIR
We believe that stable and high quality products must come from high quality mold/die. In order to meet the demand of high volume production, our designer should take into account the need of automated production, reduce the injection/casting cycle through adequate cooling and balanced ejection. 
We design and built the tooling based on:
   Expected mold/die life based on customer’s output
   Design limits on the performance and appearance 
   Review of tolerance 
   Cost of the mold/die material (P20, H13 or 316 SST, etc.)
    Durability and resistance to corrosion or abrasion
   Customer permitted manufacturing cycle, sufficient time as suggested
Some manufacturers are unable to provide maintenance and repair of tooling in their workshops, but this is the necessary guarantee for high volume production. According to the needs of the actual production process, on-site maintenance and repair of the mold/die, to a large extent, our ability keep production at the expected rate. Performing frequent checks on tooling before and after use ensures they are ready to operate faultlessly.
