RAPID INJECTION MOLDING

Rapid injection molding is an injection molding process by rapid mold, this process allows us to make the prototypes or parts from production injection molding with normal thermoplastic resin. These prototypes or parts can be used for full functionality, fit testing and sales launches. 

Through our experience, we can provide high cost-effective solutions for low-volume production requirements for your business. The advantages of rapid injection molding as follows:

     The cost of rapid mold is 30%-40% less the tradition mold for batch production, people can get the products at a lower price for lower mold cost;

RAPID DIE CASTING 

As a high cost-effective solution for low-volume press casting production, Yea-Lin uses rapid casting die to challenge the more conventional alternatives and delivery can come down to 4 - 5 weeks. The material of core and cavity is pre-with a customized frame or standard mold-base. The production cycle of rapid die can help you save up to 35% than the cycle of conventional die casting tooling. 
Although these big, complex, with undercut die casting parts are not suitable for casting on such rapid dies and are best approached via CNC machining, but for a couple of hundred simple parts which need exceed quickly and at low cost, rapid die casting can provide an economic solution.
Generally, our die casting rapid tooling can produce 500- 10,000 shots according to the material and production cycle, however, the life can exceed expectations if we choose better materials or parts with simple structure.
 

The commonly used die casting materials and the surface treatment of the parts are as follows:

  Materials used:  ADC10/12, A380, A360, magnesium and Zinc #3 & #5.
  Finishing:   Powder coating, sand blasting, anodizing, painting, plating and polishing  etc.

RUBBER COMPRESSION MOLDING 

in Rubber Compression Molding, The rubber block in the form of powdered flakes or granules is first made into a blank of similar shape to the finished product, placed in the cavity of the heated mold, pressed through the closed mold, shaped and cured or vulcanized, and then demolded to obtain the product.

The rubber products made by molding process are mainly structural joints, protective seals and electrical insulation parts, made into seals, gaskets, protective sleeves, sealing plugs, wrapping sleeves, gaskets, oil seals, miscellaneous parts and other products.
