 Our work starts with your genius's idea or design. As long as you have a bright idea, you can pass it to our engineers by pictures,2D drawings, or 3D models. Our experienced engineers will analyze your idea or design in various aspects of product structure, material,production process, etc., and give you our constructive suggestions.  
Neither need to worry that you can't provide the 3D model. Our engineers will provide you our design services after communicating with you and fully understanding your product creativity. This work will combine our technology processes and features to ensure the final product can obtain the best balance of performance, appearance, and production costs. Our designers will first provide a 2D sketch, communicate with you for your  confirmation. 

  After getting your approval, we will start the 3D detailed design.  We can provide detailed 2D drawings according to your requirement, of course it means extra cost. To some simple products, the whole design process usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Don’t  worry about your intellectual property infringement. We will sign a NDA agreement with you to protect your genius's creativity. We have over 10 years experience with foreign new product developers, can effectively protect your creativity from being leaked and stolen.   It would be great if you could provide us 3D models. It means we can communicate directly on this 3D model and save a lot of time. We have rich experience to work with designers all over the world. Our engineers are good at listening and understanding your ideas, combining our production experience to analyze your 3D model, and confirm the appropriate materials and surface processing with you. If these are all right, we can quickly confirm the suitable processing methods so that you will be excited to see your genius creativity into reality in the expected time.

We can also provide help for your product to enter into market. In the Prototype stage, our experienced engineers can provide reasonable processing design modifications for injection molding, die-casting, mechanical processing, etc., and prepare the required production drawings, this is the Design for Manufacture (DFM). We will help customers to select suitable production process and provide improvement suggestions to ensure customers’ design can be quickly transformed into products. We can also provide low volume trial production and mass production service under reliable, good quality and low cost.
