RAPID INJECTION MOLD 
Our rapid injection mold is made for low-volume production, even for prototypes.  It produce real injection molded parts for functional testing, but may not have fine details like color preference or surface finish, and not consider the antomatic injection process, usually serve as bridge tooling to fill the manufacturing gap from prototype and production tooling.

At Yea-Lin, we build rapid injection mold to meet all your needs and requirements on the functional testing of product. We speed up the delivery of our rapid injection mold by below methods:
1.Soft tooling steel to reduce the machining period and cancel the time for heat treatment; 
2.Simplify mold structure to save time and cost, and sometimes consider manual process assisted production.
3.Parallel management from the design stage to reduce process stoppage in production.           
4.Precut mould frame technology to reduce assembly time.
The material of rapid injection mold which we used on the core and cavity is S45C or P20 soft tool steel, it is less expensive, and the warranty of mold life is 5000 parts for S45C material, and up to 50000 parts for P20 material. The lifetime depends on the complexity of the mold structure, mold materials and heat treatment, machining and assembly accuracy, as well as production process maintenance, etc. The higher the mold life requirement is, the longer the manufacture period will be.
Our delivery cycle of rapid injection mold is 7-30 days, depending on the size and complexity of the product and the customer's requirements for mold life, we assign a project manager for your project, to make sure you track your project easily and get timely response.

 Material of moldbase: A3, S45C or stardard moldbase as optional.
 Material of core and cavity: S45C or P20 as optional.
 Mold life: 5000 to 50000 shots.

INJECTION MOLD AND BLOW MOLD
We design and manufacture the precision injection mold and blow mold for the batch production, is to ensure the lowest cost products in the whole production cycle as the guide, to the material selection, design and machining of the mold. The aim is to enable our mold that will be capable of running anywhere in the world with accuracy, consistency and repeatability.
In Yea-Lin, they are different departments, which are responsible for design and manufacture of the injection mold for batch production and of the rapid injection mold for prototype and low volume production, to avoid confusion due to different quality requirements. Through continuous training to the team, we summarize and enrich our production experience,continuous equipment updates to improve machining accuracy to meet customer requirements for high quality molds.

 Material of moldbase: S45C or stardard moldbase ( LKM) as optional.
 Material of core and cavity: P20, 718, H13, S136, NAK80, etc.
 Texture stardard: MT series and SPI series textures.
 Mold life: 100000 to 600000 shots.
 Delivery cycle: 25-50 days as classical.

PRESS CASTING DIE
We design and bulid the pressure casting dies for Al and Zn alloys casting parts for our cold chamber die casting process and hot chamber die casting process, we aim to provide perfect die casting solution to our customer, which based on our experienced design and engineering, manufacturing and maintenance services, Yea-Lin specialize in the capacity for shorter lead times and flexibility on cost structuring under high standard quality.
Characteristic of Pressure Casting Die
 Material of moldbase: S45C or stardard moldbase as optional.
 Material of core and cavity: H13, 4Cr5MoSiV1, Cr2W8V, etc. 
 Mold life: 50000 to 200000 casting.
 Delivery cycle: 25-65 days as classical according to size and complexity.
Advantages of Pressure Casting Die
  Excellent dimensional accuracy (dependent on casting material, but typically can reach 0.1 mm in casting part) and dimensional stability.
 Smooth cast surfaces (typically can reach 0.8—1.6 μm in the cavity of die) and texture available.
  It is suitable to make thin-walled castings with complex shape and reduce or eliminate secondary machining operations.
 Meeting the needs of efficient production- over thousands of identical castings can be produced before additional tooling is required.
 Functional details (such as bosses and studs) can be casted in the die to to simplify next step assembly.
